Two Nights Out with my Adult Ladies
Two Nights Out with my Adult Ladies Two of my very best female friends (and yes, we do have sex) are joining me for concerts this week. Granted, I am motivated by the performers, but each of two very different artists caused me to invite two different ladies. "The Project Manager" once dubbed the "HR Tech Queen" is a self described 80s rocker chick. Country music need not apply for this lady's interest. She spits of the mere thought of country music let alone the sound of said brand. For background please follow the trail... How Sexual can you be So I took her to Bryan Adams last night. I enjoyed the show but if we didn't live down the street from the venue, I might not have purchased these tickets. Clearly this is one major plus to living in Urban Seattle. _______________________________________________________ As a side note, Bryan Adams followed my idea on how to properly end a concert (for example avoiding a planned and fraudulent encore) He exhausted his collection of most famous songs and three tunes from the end, he excused his band. From that point, the last three songs he performed solo with a guitar and harmonica. He dug deep into his catalog for two of the songs and pulled out a silly traditional Irish folk song to perform at this point. I have always said that if a band comes out for an encore, they should be picking out the side Bs from their past because they should have exhausted their catalog of music during the actual concert. It is disingenuous for performers to save that most famous song for the last time they return to stage for an encore set. __________________________________________________________ Tonight, I am meeting "Curvy Girl" in Tacoma for a country music concert by "Old Dominion". This particular band is a shared interest of ours while we shared a house for a year and a half! For more on "Curvy Girl" follow this crumb....
