The price you're paying is great! Unfortunately... that wouldn't work for me. I'm often on the phone while I'm on the PC and I could not do one, without the other. 📱😊 Part of the job. I don't get any telemarketers calling me... 😘🌵 ... is there another way to look at it Going Too Fucking Far NEW Blog Features RevealeD O O A Foolproof Method Posted Over on that NEW site O O

Hey Darlin, ..........I get a lot of calls that come up “Scam Likely”.........This makes me wonder why my Smartphone allows calls it knows may be scams to come through in the first place,......... Sinfully Yours, backpocket13

No magic jack here, just the track phone cell. It costs me a little over a hundred dollars a year to use. As for telemarketers, I get those calls at least once a day, sometimes more. Like you when a call comes up on my cell that I don't know I just do a hang up open the phone and shut it real fast.

So is MagicJack a second landline? How does that compare with VOIP or something like skype?

I have never had a magic jack, as I have always had land line, or cell phone. I let my land line go years ago as we had a family cell phone plan that saved us money. I will never do a contract with a cell phone company again as the prices they charge are outrageous. I love my straight talk as it saves me so much money and I have unlimited everything for $45.00 a month. I am glad you got to talk to your lover my friend as I know you would hate to miss his calls..

The first thing that popped into my head was the Blondie song when I saw the title of your post. Funny women are incredibly sexy!

I never had a Magic Jack but I have relatives who get one and use it when they go to the States. Do you know what a Magic Peter is?? I get plenty of bogus (nobody there) calls on my landline. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it!

Hi Joy... taking me a little further, even with the long-distance reference... hmm... Have you ever had a Magic Jack yourselves? I met a woman once that told me she was a magician, and that if I made love to her, she would grant me one wish... So, I thought, what did I have to lose... I mean... she was beautiful... and melonlicious and everything I needed at that point in time... so... after my 30 seconds of passion... I said how about my wish... and, she said to me... aren't you a little old to believe in fair tales... and, that's all I've got to say about that... reminded me of this one... Santana - "Black Magic Woman" Got a black magic woman Got a black magic woman I've got a black magic woman Got me so blind I can't see That she's a black magic woman She's trying to make a devil out of me Don't turn your back on me, baby Don't turn your back on me, baby Yes, don't turn your back on me, baby Stop messing about with your tricks Don't turn your back on me, baby You just might pick up my magic sticks To leave private messages, please use my confidential mailbox at my blog: Good luck!!!

I had a Majic Jack. I don't have any long distance relations so I gave it away. I gave it to my neighbour's sister who was visiting from Trinidad and buying a long distance calling card every other day. I get a lot of unsolicited call on my cell phone and they are korean, japaneese, or Chineese. They are recorded messages. I don't know what they are saying. On my cell phone All my friends are on a list and I've set calls from that list to ring differently.

Magic Jack, I heard of it, but wasn't sure what it was. I just have my cell, that's enough for me.

I have both a land line, and a cell phone. And I have only ever received 1 spam call on my cell, never a telemarketer call. I recently switched my long-distance calling on my land line, to a new service (in Canada), which compares long-distance charges between many providers and bills me the lowest. The 3 plans they compared on my latest statement ranged from a high of $70.47 to a low of $28.27. The lengthiest call I made was 45 minutes, and only cost me $2.25. I also made calls to Ireland and Scotland - none of which were lengthy - and they were billed at either 1 1/2 cents to 5 cents a minute (except for one which was at 78 cents for 2 minutes). I have no idea why it was so much costlier. I totalled 175 minutes long distance for a measly $28. Quoting author51: "Oh that is a good rate indeed..What long distance provider is it?" It is a company called ComparAction. I didn't change my provider (I have Telus), and only my long-distance calls are billed through ComparAction. All other services are still on my original Telus account. Last month, the comparison was done between COMP, Rogers and Primus. I have never head of Comp or Primus. And - funny thing - I first head of this service, via a telemarketing call from ComparAction. If it were not for that, I would likely not have snagged the great long-distance rates. I've never heard of Magic Jack but I still use a land-line phone as well as a mobile. In fact I bought myself a new 'twin' phone with answering machine only last week.
