Leave it and it slowly dies.....
Leave it and it slowly dies..... As the few regular readers of my Blog will be aware, Jess and I have been battling a number of issues for a while now. So in no particular order..... (1) The ongoing issues with the car. Sludge and varnish and the cruel march of time have taken their toll on our motor. (2) The big C, cancer. Jess has a tumour where her right kidney should be. (3) A bad landlord that has neglected the house we live in. (4) My career....which lets face it, was in freefall before I met Jess and ditched in the sea somehere in the gulf of Mexico. In all cases, action is needed. Jess needs her operation, I need to get a steady job, we need to find a decent landlord and the car needs an overhaul. This isn't really a moan, it's a statement of fact. Things that have to be done, things that keep me away from reading the blogs. I thank god for my apparent good health, my , my skills and my family. Ohhh and just in case you thought I'd forgotten the blue nature of this site.....yes, I thank god for every time Jess and I find ourselves in the mood to make love. Yes I thank the lord for every juicy moment of pleasure in my life. If you're suffering at the moment, I wish you well, my prayers are with you. On the subject of our car, when I got it the car had clearly spent a year parked up outside, unused. A layer of algae, seized hinges and the smell of damp is testament to that. Those in the states who will have seen the advert for petrol that cleans sludge out of engines, will be aware of the stopping power of sludge. I have sludge in the fuel, the engine and the fuel injection system. All of it compounded by burnt oil vapour that finds its way into the engine via the crank case breather tube that terminates at the air intake. Why? The oil vapour condenses on the injection parts and gums them up. Don't ever give up searching for the fun in life. |

It's healthy to moan sometimes, don't worry about that. Much better to get things out than keep them trapped inside.

Smithy....."Better out than in!" as the queen said at the banquet. Don't ever give up searching for the fun in life.
